Finished IP6-now adrenal exhaustion

Those of you who have taken IP6, have you experienced fatigue or adrenal exhaustion during or after taking it?
I've never felt so tired in my life and while I was dragging my feet before, now after finishing this IP6 I feel that I have come to the end of my energy.
Is IP6 chelating mercury or not? I couldn't find a consensus on it. If it does, then my kidneys got a beating and implicitly my adrenals. Does anyone know a remedy?

This is a reply to # 1,746,191Don't know how old you are, but assuming you are female you may need to take some extra Iron due to extra loss from menstrual periods and possibly IP6. If I'm right, taking Iron should help alleviate fatigue.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,746,287Yes, I am female but iron supplementation is a tricky thing. I take a lot of molasses, so I don't think that I'm deficient in it. The IP6 took out a lot more than was necessary.

This is a reply to # 1,746,621i know but I made Newport's adrenal drink now. Let's see if it's lack of potassium then I'll investigate further.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,746,621Molasses contains 9% ash and 17.5% waste. That consists of mostly cellulose plus all of the wastes left over after the processing of white Sugar including soil, residues and chemical contaminants.
So molasses is worse than refined Sugar as it carries with it all the bad qualities of refined Sugar plus the added toxins.

This is a reply to # 1,746,637Lovely, I just got me another bottle. Luckily I have the barley malt! I need something sweet with my oatmeal and molasses was a good option...until now.
Drinking the adrenal mix...not bad tasting. I hope it'll help with my achy kidneys.
