Hi to all!
As always, it takes me few days to really get into the decision and BE ready to start!
Ok, tomorrow will be the 1st of January, what better day to start?!
Here I go and i would love to have some buddies to share with!
Anyone here?!

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,745,266Hi!!! :D I am on day one of my nw year new start water fast...I am sick of wanting to do thing's but not being confident enough to do them being over weight, this year it is changing, My resolution is one of many & this is one i am sticking to to see out my other's & have the confidence to do them...

I gave in on day one, just can't seem to do Water Fasting so am going to try tea and coffee only as i seem to be ok with them through the day. Good luck and i shall keep an eye on your progress (O: xx
