So today I go to get my teeth cleaned (trying to forgot about all the work they have suggested I get) and get a different hygienst - she looks at my records (believe me they are as long as war and peace!) and must have made presumptions about me before I opened my mouth!!!!

Anyway she was amazed at how healthy my gums were!!!!!!!!

I have been OP on a more consistent basis for a few months now - and my infected tooth is not causing me any pain. The hygienst was also impressed with how clean my teeth were at the back (the area where I have the deepest recession) - what type of brush did I use. Then after all this, tells me my sonic tooth brush is out of date, and should invest in a new one!!!

SO anyway OP and Coconut Oil are AMAZING!!!!!
