Does Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) effect Blood Pressure at all?. I've been using it on my scalp and I'm concerned that it might effect my blood pressure. Is there any reason I should be worried?
This is only an issue if taking the baking soda internally, and only if you are sodium sensitive. Only about 10% of people with hypertension are sodium sensitive.
The easy way to reduce hypertension is to increase potassium and magnesium.
