Hi,
I have a bulging disc and while searching the internet for alternative treatments, I came across Dr. Ron Daulton Jr.'s website. He has a book titled Get Your Life Back and I was wondering if anyone has tried his suggestions to heal a bulging disc.
Thanks for any advice you can give.

I too am in search of info regarding a bulging disc in my neck - newly diagnosed but $100 seems awfully expensive for information that is already out there but he has probably just put together in an orderly and understandable sequence in his book......
Let me know if you bought it and what you thought of it.
