I make my own using a silver puppy device.

Many here can recommend over the counter CS, but I have only used home made via the silver puppy. Its my understanding that it generates more ionic silver than Colloidal Silver , but it is a don't care, because both work.

I would purchase an over the counter nasal spray and remove the contents and wash it out. The sprayer cap should easily fit on to a small glass container, fill it up with CS and snort into each nostril.

Go to ebay and buy an ultrasonic nebulizer (<$100). Fill with CS and then inhale multiple times a day for a defined time period.

With CS like Antibiotics , it is good to have a protocol where you are using it 4 or more times a day. That way there is always CS in your system to fight infections.

Also rectally using a 10-20ml oral syringe and silicon tubing also gets lots of CS into the system and bypasses the stomach.

I make my own EIS silver the same way. I gargle it in the throat and drink up to 8 ounces per day when sick. Silver isn't toxic so you just make sure you get enough.

The reason they probably get sick in the winter is because of lack of sunshine which the skin uses to make vitamin D3 . 6000 mg per day of D3 will take care of the deficiency.
