Not all 'seasalt' is created equal. Lots of salt in the stores now that is called 'seasalt' really ISN'T ... they just want to get a piece of the pie. Or if it IS seasalt, it's very poor quality, often no better than the plain white 'striped of all it's nutrients' crap.
Better to go with Himalayan salt.

Aluminum is so abundant in the Earth's crust this would make perfect sense. In fact it is so common in the Earth's crust that aluminum is also present in the plants we eat as the aluminum is picked up from the soil.

Yes, sea salt is going to contain the metals that are contaminating the water. But some waters are more polluted than others, so it all depends on the source.
Mined salts are cleaner, or if you are simply going tor electrolytes then seaweeds can provide these and the algins in the seaweeds bind heavy metals excreting them from the body.
