Oh how I miss those chewy bars of any kind, not just protein. They all have some form of
Sugar in them, even if they come from their natural souces. Kashi makes great bars with 6 grams of sugar, coming from honey or whatever. I'm avoiding that now. Their other bars have 8 grams per bar...
Bottom line, they all have sugar. You have to make your own. I used to make my own combos with stuff like slivered almonds, cocunut oil, cocunut flakes, flax ground, hemp powder if you can stand that... and maybe some unsweetened of course cocoa powder.....and any combos of this stuff according to your tastes oh and of course, sweetened with xylitol. or stevia if you like that. I hate it) They really make chewy yummy bars and satisfy your sweet tooth. Protein? yeah, hard to eat that all day....turkey slices, hummus...hard boiled eggs....but that's what we have to do.
