Hi, I have small 1-3 mm white bumps on the around my penis shaft. They are most prevalent on the underside, and also appear on my testicles. I've included the link to a picture of the underside of my shaft. I'm worried about if they are sexually transmitted as I am sexually active, but either way am curious about treatment as they are not very attractive. Thanks!
