Day 6, broke my fast. I had two organic oranges, just sucking on them and not eating the pulp.

I feel good and my kidney cyst has definitely gone down. I can feel on the side of my stomach the ball that was 4" round seems to have gone down considerably. I am looking forward to doing another fast next summer.

I did have some rash since last night, as usual on two sides of my belly. Also I had similar BM as my past fasts, very smelly dark brown glue. I am happy with my results. 

I was 169lbs and weigh 158lbs after 5 Day fast.
