Salt flush with inflammed stomach ?

Hi, I have abdominal distension and I read that cleansing the bowel could help but I 'm afraid the salt irritate the stomach lining causing maybe others problems. I didn't see a better and natural way to cleanse the bowels. What do you think ?- Re: Salt flush with inflammed stomac... Hally

This is a reply to # 1,730,359I have never done a saltwater flush to cleanse the bowel. I have tried various methods and like the magnesium/oxygen cleansers the best. Distension is not the same thing as inflammation, by the way.
