Was going to do Telman's double flush last night [my 17th],but couldn't take the lemon juice and threw up a bit after the first olive oil/lemon juice drink, so didn't proceed to the second. Didn't get much out this morning.Don't know if my liver is now clear,or if it just did not work well. I still have some pain in hips and back [but much better than I was]and skin on face gone spotty again.I think I'll stick to pink grapefruit juice next time. I've never thrown up on that.
