I recommend focusing on nettle leaf and schisandra berry. Both support the adrenals and the kidneys. Nettle leaf also helps remove the uric acid from the high protein diet that can otherwise damage the kidneys. Powders or capsules are the best, not tinctures. And they are best taken three times daily before meals.
In addition malic acid sources such as green apples, tart cherries, lemon juice or malic acid supplements will also dissolve uric acid.
