It's good to see the word about Earthing getting spread around.
I wonder if you've noticed any changes in the way you feel, after sleeping grounded for awhile now?
I've been promoting Earthing for more than a couple of years now, and it started off with being barefoot outside, then using Earthing body bands.
Now, my family and I sleep on a Queen Earthing Sheet and I use a universal mat when I do work on the computer; like right now.
I feel better in general and I definitely sleep better than I did before I started sleeping on the sheet.
I have an uncle who used to take ibuprofen several times a day, and he's been able to completely stop taking it since he started sleeping on an Earthing bed pad.
Now, I have some websites I promote Earthing on. I have put several articles out, with a lot of good information about the subject of grounding for health.
