I have sluggish bowel movement (for years), bad breath, some pains here and there (sometimes lower right, sometimes upper right of belly), and sometimes when I go to the bathroom and try hard to excrete fecal matter (i.e. to poop) i get a dull pain in the middle around the where the stomach and esophagus meet.

but, these are not why I'm writing now. When i feel like having to go and my bowels seem ready to let go of waste, I often struggle to excrete the fecal out of me, when pushing it feels as if i cant relax the muscles down there around the anus enough to let things through, as if things get backed up at the inside of the anus/end of intestine area and it has to squeeze it's way out often misshaping as it squeezes out. There is never complete bowel evacuation done.

Is there a name for this?

Things dont seem to come out easy, this is not constipation where one feels like the bowel is not moving, the bowels are moving but things get stuck at the end..

I also get a runny nose every time i go to the bathroom for bowel movement.

what's this condition called?
