When you've done the Liver Flush - did you use Ornithine? I just bought some, along w pink grapefruit this morning. Cleared my schedule for Sunday and am gonna do the flush then.

Also, if you did use the Ornithine, did you use it only during the flush? Was just reading about what else it's used for and wondering if it's worth using on a regular basis...
