I haven't been here in quite a while because I've been treating my candida and leaky gut and god knows what else with spagyric medicine. It's basically the only thing that has helped me in my quest to get my health back. Due to being out of money, I couldn't stay on top of the regimen and go see my practitioner. Because of this, things seemed to get a little worse lately, lots of fatigue and Acne and then came the stress..

Last night, I was severely angered by something happening in my personal life where you can't stop thinking about it and you're kept up all night on adrenaline overload.

My stomach was churning and growling and started burning in the middle of the night. I felt the extreme acidity go through my body, mainly up to my esophagus and it really wasn't great. This went on all night as I constantly went to the bathroom to clear my bowels.

When I woke up, I had a few more bowel movements, and there was white, murky water in there, just like the kind when I used to do enemas. I think this was some kind of detox reaction due to the high acidity. Is this possible? No more new Acne on my skin, and I feel pretty good overall besides the part about me not getting a single minute of sleep.

I'd appreciate any input or discussion. Could this stress have actually helped me out here?
