Easy does it, is what I say. Cleansing is nothing to mess around with, and if you're as toxic as you think, doing anything major could make you ill. Trust me. I know from experience.
What you know is that you have systemic yeast. I don't believe that you can begin to heal your body until you get your gut healthy. Personally, the only things that worked on my candida was coconut oil and Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother) and removing sugar, alcohol, and caffeine from my diet. After that, the thing that has kept me yeast-free is homemade kefir and kefir grains (I don't follow the candida diet, either, but still watch what I eat as far as sugar, etc goes). You can try store-bought kefir, but I personally believe that there aren't enough 'living' things in the store-bought stuff. If there were, the bottle would bust open while it sits on the shelf! :-) But if that's all you can get, buy the plain kind with no
Sugar and sweeten it with agave or honey.
I get my grains from the "Kefirlady". Just google her. Otherwise, there are usually some people on these boards that are giving away kefir grains.
Once you get your candida somewhat manageable and your tummy is in a healthy place, then consider flushes and cleanses. Just my two cents! :-) Good luck!
