Sorry about your ordeal. 14 hr migrane sounds awful. Did you ever suffer migranes pre MC?
It would be mostly second guess as to what might have casued it and quite often it's not any one thing but a particular combination of things. It could also be somethng you did the day before. While I absolutely love seafood it can get tricky sometimes if one is not super careful about making sure it's very fresh. The worst times I've had geting sick have been from seafood. The giant cookie. Well maybe. You gonna go through lots of trial and error while you find your groove. It will always be a "work in progress"
Did not know bout the t'maters and cheese, interesting. I assume you must be careful when eating out particularly chinese to ask if they use MSG.
I assume your dehydration issues is a lack of potasium and sodium. Since you're a coconut lover like me coconut water is great for rehydrating the system. When I go my canoe trips I use a hydration supplement that was designed by a chemical physicist marathon runner (Bill Gookin). Unlike most sport drinks that contain sugars and other crap that the system must digest before absobing the fluids. This stuff is completely isotonic and it gets absorbed right away. Many SAR (Search and Rescue) teams use it when they find lost folks that are so dehydrated they can't get an IV in them so they use this stuff. It's called Hydralite. I get mine REI. Dunno if you have that in Canada but they are big outdoor gear and cothing Co-Op that is big in the states.
The recommended Vega dose is 2 scoops but I've never done more than one in a drink and find that very adequate. I guess for training atheletes 2 scoops would be the thing.
I love anything coconut too. Dunno if this is what you found but there is an ice cream brand you find n health food stores that uses coconut milk instead of cow milk. I get their chocolate flavor once in a while as a treat. I also looove anything blueberry. They are one of the highest antioxidant containing foods. I posted a raw blueberry ice cream recipe in the raw food forum. It's made with BB and avocadoes!! It sounds weird as hell but it's delishus!! Super simple to make too. You gotta try it!! Something else I posted was raw banana ice cream. Nothing but frozen bananas procesed through a juicer. I posted a video of it being made along with the recipe. Out of this world good!!
What kinda performace thing does your group do? I was the lighting designer/tech for a theater group here for a number of years. I currently dabble in short art film production with some good friends. The latest effort I did the lighting and its called "The Box". It's an exercise in Film Noir with very stylized lighting of that genre. You can view a raw edit of it @

The final edit is much better and shorter. Dunno why the final is not posted yet. We just summited it to a coupla film fests
The other piece I codirected was an experimental piece filmed with a still Nikon camera using it on motor drive mode and then edited to video. That one you can view @

The Hydralite is for when you're doing heavy activities wher you need the extra potasium and sodium.
Yeah I think Coconut Bliss is the brand I had mentioned.
I feel you on the separtion anxiety missing the lemonade. On a 40 day fast you experience unprecedented chances that you have never experienced before. A large portion of your daily energy alotment is spend just in digestion. when you fast it opens all kinds of avenues for exploration and self discovery.
Neato on the color guard thing. Sound like you really enjoy it. I'm sure you gotta stay in decent physical conditioning. Not anything like what you do but I was in the drill team when I spent a year in military school (high school).
I don't quite understand what you mean about "missing info around the title" on the experimental stop action piece.
