I'm starting to think maybe I have leaky gut and a bacterial infection, due to my years of Antibiotic use, the pain around my appendix, an my other symptoms.
I read someone saying that chicken feeds bad bacteria, is this true? What the hell am I supposed to eat, no carbs, no protein?
Just veggies?

yeah, i have heard protein feeds it.But you know what you cant not have protein.If you eliminate protein you will end up malnutrition..loosing weight etc.It will probably make you feel more sick.Its just not realistic to stop taking in the nutrients your body needs.I dont care what anyone says....you cant live on veggies.- Please clarify that. This is a reply to # 1,718,427I'm sure it does, but not to the degree of carbs/sugar.
I am going to be following an 80% veggie/ 20% protein diet.
