Apples that aren't too sweet...such as granny smith, braeburn, pink lady...
Just go easy and experiment....trust your body and your intuition. You should be able to tell right away if your body is okay with a fruit or not. I would not eat pears ( I only say that as I can eat most fruit but pears bother me...)
Google the glycemic index of fruits...this being winter, alot of your better choices are now to be found in the frozen food section...berries...raspberries, strawberries...pls choose organic as both have high pesticide use when not organic.
Moderation is the key.....don't over do it....and you will be fine.
