The Cucado recipe is for a few days from now when you are at the 7 +/- day mark. Since the avocado it pretty much liquified in this recipe it also makes easier to digest. That is my favorite raw soup and so simple to make too. I make another with avocado, carrot juice and fennel that is also super good but since you don't have a juicer yet you are not able to juice the carrots.
