Mighty is right. Lemon juice has, at leasts, vitamin c and potassium. If you give it to your body it will say, "OK, Correction now: I am not fasting as I though, I'm starving", and then it will start a chain of chemical bodily reactions according to that new info.
We are all different. Some people can fast while working long hours, even in construction sites-not recommended, but they can handle it. Others, on the other hand, can barely walk or may be read a little- as it is my case, I try not to leave the house when I fast.
I forgot the name of that person here that has a job driving long hours, and he or she is able to fast and work at the same time. We are all different and you have to consider your individual situation.
Any way, if you need to do it to be safe and have the chance to continue your fasting later, or may be wait a few days before engaging in a new fast, go ahead and do it. Safety is the first consideration and life is full of little and big setbacks. I would consider yours -if needed- a little one. Not the end of the world. You have accomplished a lot so far and should be proud of yourself.
