All the spices that you have listed are good for the candida diet. I eat them all. Along with it you could add coriander powder, cardomon, cinnamon and thyme. Cardomon and cinnamon are supposed to have a drying effect on the body as per ayurveda and they reduce the dampness. So it is good to eat them with meals or just chew on them at least once a day.
The other good spice is clove. Try to include it in your diet. It has good medicinal properties.
