I agree with Bgone.
ALA is needed if you know the metal got into your brain, but even then you have to follow this intense protocol where you take it every 4 hrs, and if u don't all hell breaks loose. I've read posts by people who say the Cutler plan messed them up, actually moved the metal INTO their brain.
Go with all the other stuff on your list--I take all of them, plus MCP. The natural chelators are not a scam IMO (some people like to elevate their affliction into a sacrament). But for one group of people they are basically useless: that is people who have a chronically acid pH. Heavy metals have a + charge and if your tissue is acidic (- charge) the metals won't dislodge. The healthiest way to get your pH up is with good sources of calcium; the closer to 7 you are, the more bang for your buck you will get w/ the chelators.
The other thing to look into would be mud/clay packs. Heavy metals tend to aggregate in the hands and feet. Soaking the feet and/or packing the hands will speed the process along. But again, if you do it while your pH is far below 7, not much will pass out into the clay.
