You need to use both positive and negative. But you should have four contact point, according to the zapper crowd. David (parazapper) would tell you that whatever "it" is that you are zapping (micro-organism) is nailed by the positive (red) while the organisms run, swim, crawl, boogie dance toward the negative.

We can not make recommendations for healing anything, but, the following should be of help in conducting studies.

First, the use of both Red ( positive ) and Green ( negative ) wires is required in order to get any real electrical flow ( current ).

Second the closer to the red wire that a microbe is, the higher the chance of it being killed ( in a standard positive output zapper ). The closer to the green wire that a microbe is, the lower the chance if it being killed.

Third, the more positive electrode contact points, the better the expected results in killing microbes.
