Unbound by the constraints of campaigning, the real work of the Bush PCS will begin." - quote from the article. {'PCS' refers to a 'political-corporate-state' apparatus; the way business runs our government.

This is written by a fellow who figures "WW4 in 2004" will be the slogan once the election is over. Like last time, we will find out later what Bush has in mind.

The 'second term mandate' usually suggests that the American public approves of what he did the first term, and encourages the same again.
Only, they second time, he will really pull a few surprises. However much BushJr may have over stepped his stated goals in the 200 election, we can be sure he will multiply that many times in the second term'

BushJr is a president that has shown cannot be trusted.
If you think he didn't have a hand in making 9-11 come off so well, you are an ostrich.
