Hey everyone!
i've just started taking blackstrap molasses. I will try the full alkalising when I have the other ingredients.
Are the metals in blackstrap (iron, copper, maganese etc) ionic and therefore safe to consume? I was just wondering about heavy metal toxicity, as usually this is considered hazardous to health.
any thoughts from the experts?
