Anyone know where I can buy some bee balm (not as a plant right now, wrong growing season). We do have bee balm in the garden, but now that it's fall it's dying off for the year plus the garden got away from us this year and the bee balm is surrounded by poison ivy (which I'm very allergic to). I've started using tooth soap, and really miss having a minty taste even though my tooth soap is mint flavored. The tooth soap cleans well, I'm just missing minty freshness. I have chewed on bee balm leaves before and it's great for freshening breath. I do know people make a tee from bee balm called Oswego tea, but I'm not having luck finding anything. Bee balm has healing properties and is antiseptic, so is well worth putting in your herb garden! Pretty flowers, too. I like the taste bee balm better than mint or anything else in the mint family.
