As for the water, most healthfood and even grocery stores have machines that dispense distilled water for 30-40 cents per gallon. That's the cheapest way to go.
And getting organic veggies etc will not be as burdensome as you think looking at the whole picture. First of all, if your organic produce is 1.5-2X what regular produce is, it seems like a lot. But out of your whole budget how much are you really spending for fruits and vegetables right now? I'm sure a small percent. Even doubling that how much money are you really talking?
When you start consuming the juices it will give you so much nutrition that you won't be hungry between meals and consuming all the much more expensive processed food that's in the pantry. You'll also be healthier, resulting in fewer doctor visits etc which will more than make up the difference there alone.
Even though I'm in my 50's I never go to the doctor and therefore have raised the deductible on my health insurance to the maximum saving another few hundred dollars a month. Again, making up for any extra cost of organic foods and supplements many times over.
And you won't be eating out as much since you won't find the food you're looking for in restaurants - and going out to eat even a couple times less per month will also make up the difference.
Juicing and going organic turns out to be the most cost effective way to go all things considered..
