I don't think you really understand what he is saying

The point he is making is that better health care leads to a lower birth rate. He includes more vaccines in the definition of better healthcare. He is NOT talking about killing people with vaccines! LOL!

Whatever the truth may be behind a depopulation and global genocide conspiracy/agenda, there is some remarkable support for this assumption from such distinguished figures as Dr Matthias Rath MD and Dr Leonard Horowitz.

Dr Rath describes this as "The Pharmaceutical Business with Disease" and provides some compelling arguments in support of the viewpoint of contrived mass genocide: Vaccines being part and parcel of this agenda and especially so in Africa with the use of antiretroviral drugs.

Dr Horowitz describes it thus.............
"I call it iatrogenocide," said Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, an internationally known advocate for public health and author of the book, "Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola—Natural, Accident or Intentional?" "This is the dark-side of drug-based medicine, including the mass killing and poisoning of people for profit and politics."

"I thought people would think it weird to charge corporations such as General Electric, Dow Chemical and Halliburton with population control and depopulation strategies," Dr. Horowitz admitted. "At first, I could not admit that it was genocide. You have to remember, back in the early 1990s, very few people saw the issue through the lens of genocide..." Dr. Horowitz said.
