Hi Fran,
I did end up just buying each of the 4 herbs from Mountain Rose Herbs. All powdered except for the Burdock root which is pea size cut.
I measured out (using a kitchen scale) the appropriate weight for each of the herbs then rubbed/mixed each of the herbs together as demonstrated in this youtube video - this step is really important:

After that, I measure out 2
ounces of the mixed herbs and boiled them in 68
ounces of distilled water two 32 ounce amber bottles plus one 4 ounce bottle - then boiled for 10 minutes, then sit for 12 hours, then filled both of the 32 ounce amber bottles and refrigerate. It lasts me and my cat about 2 weeks, I understand it doesn't keep more than 2 weeks.
My cat was doing GREAT on the tea for 3 and 1/2 months, I believe she is healed of the liver and lung cancer from this tea.
Only problem now is severe constipation that nothing has helped so far. I had to take her to the vet for an enema...big mistake...she almost died from that AND caught a nasty virus that day from their office (2 weeks ago) and is barely recovering from that still, terrible watery eyes with thick goop I clean out with
Colloidal Silver which is helping, slowly, maybe.
The only good thing about the vet's visit was the dr. was AMAZED at her blood work, all normal numbers, even her liver and kidney functions were NORMAL. She didn't even feel any lumps on her liver as the previous dr. did 3.5 months ago and also the ultrasound showed a 2
inch mass then.
She also had hyperthyroidism (mild), her free T4 thyroid blood test now shows NORMAL, no longer hyperthyroid, 10.3 in a 9.0 - 33.5 range. I believe the
Essiac tea cured this too.
I was giving her thyroid wellness herbs for the first 2 months, then she wouldn't eat it anymore (she knew what she needed) then I stopoped all together for a month before the test, she was just getting the tea, 1 to 2
ounces per day mixed in her food. I also give her BSST formula (essiac drops) in her food too when she doesn't eat enough of the tea.
If she dies, it won't be because of cancer...it will be because of what she caught at the vet's office and/or constipation, she can't ever have another enema again, I know it will kill her.
It just occured to me that I changed her diet to grain free premium food when the constipation got very bad. I will be going back to grains in her food and see if this is the problem.
I'm sure
Essiac tea will do wonders for your grandmother. I wish her a speedy recovery.
I hope you will post on her progress.
