I've done UT while smoking dope but I know it's not ideal.
The ideal is to lay off all drugs, both recreational
(including coffee and alcohol) and prescription. But
I know Jim Morrison of the Doors was doing UT while
doing drugs and it worked for him, for a while (it helped
that he was young). Up to you how you want to approach this.
