If you start incorporating fresh salads into your daily diet, along with snacking on some fresh fruit, I think you will be surprised at how fast your blood sugars will level out and how much smoother your bowel movements will become. Another problem which can cause severe constipation is not getting enough water to drink every day, so make sure you are getting a minimum of 8 to 10 full glasses.
