I am glad that it seems to be helping you; I believe that when one take high dosages of some minerals, we need to take high dosages of other minerals and vitamins as well, just to balance out. Yes it is a job finding out what to take when, and multi vits simply dont work so well.
I have often picked up info from other threads; a little sentence here and there have helped greatly; as for instance vit B12 that Trapper mentioned some time back.
Spud mentioned that zinc could be taken on an empty stomach at night, so I tried it this week and tolerated it well. I like taking swanssons minerals as they have dropped some of the fillings in their capsules. In their zinc picolinate there is only plant fibers and gelatin, and in their selenium it is only rice flour in adddition to the mineral.
My last period went much smoother than the previous and I believe that zinc has helped mee too, as this is the only difference I have done lately. If that is so; it could be that I have put a to high emphasize on magnesium, which could have led to a lower zinc due to the competitive uptake. We`ll see what happens, will update this in a month or two.
