can you take vitamin pills while on a water fast?
The simple answer is yes, but why would you want or need to do this anyway when the body will preserve its own nutrients; fasting for example does not cause deficiency diseases..........

when i started mine, i took a bunch of different vitamins, but kept throwing up and feeling awful. now that i am not, i feel fine. maybe pay attention to your body and see what its telling you?
