I know there are scales that measure body composition that may not always be accurate.If you know your accurate body fat weight i think total weight-fat weight= lean body mass.Maybe someone else will chime in.
Personally i think doing repetitive short fasts 2-3 days consecutive can be harmful.I did this and felt MUCH weaker..going upstairs.etc even my lower back hurt. I definitely felt and saw the muscle loss.
