Hi Valerie,
Good to hear from you, It’s been awhile.
If your views and opinion are “extreme” then my views and ideas must be “excessive”. I believe that most people would feel better with more colon hygiene and a good cleansing whether by colonics or enemas would improve their health.
I wish you and your family the very best and lots of happiness. By the way how is your mother?

Hi Valerie,
Thanks for your post. I am glad that I am not the only one that is being called “extreme” or “controlling”.
From my recent experience I find that enemas can shorten recovery time dramatically. This summer in our area the weather has been until a few days ago, very cold. In fact I can say that it felt like winter more than summer. I and very many others got bronchial infections with excessive mucus. Most doctors prescribed a round of antibiotics. Very poor result used alone. Most infection returned within a few days. I felt that I did not want to go on any antibiotics. I know that they are ineffective against viral infections and only prevent secondary bacterial infections.
So I went on a short 3 day fast with several cleansing enemas daily. After the second day I could breathe easier and my cough subsided. Now its over a month and my lungs are still clear of any infection.
What I don’t understand is why people don’t get that clean bowels are essential to good health. If enemas were not available to me I believe that I would be in a sad shape. So yes I do advocate them and use them on a regular basis. Very happy to hear that your mother and grandmother are both well.
Once again thanks for the post
Paul
