...I do not intend to be undermining or rude, I am really just curious. But if you feel disrespected in any way, please disregard this question, ok Hv?
I have seen your wonderful videos in You Tube, congratulations on that! I´ve noticed you have bags under your eyes, but you seem to be a mature young man. So what is causing those? Late night sleep, salt, overworking, drinking alcohol, fat deposit or simply genes...? I wonder, because I get them some times too!
That happens when I don't get enough sleep. I am on the computer answering questions or working on my book until at least 5 in the morning. But I have to up by 8 most mornings and every other Friday by 6 in the morning. Sometimes I manage to get a few more hours of sleep through the day if I am lucky. For example I only got 4 hours of sleep today and I am about ready to drop. After 3 or 4 days of this it really starts to catch up with me and I can get bags under my eyes. I try to take a day once a week to sleep all day to catch up on my sleep and I feel a lot better and the bags disappear.

Wow, is there a book coming up? Can you tell us something about it? What is it about? When do you suppose we can buy it?
Also, it is none of my business, but sleep is ESSENTIAL Hv. Essencial for good health and all it´s implications. Please do treat yourself in the way that you deserve. You know that there were great health experts that got really sick later in their lives because of overworking and lack of sleep? Please get enough sleep! You do others so much good! You are so helpful to others! Do the same to James, ok?

The book is pretty much complete. I have one chapter left to write and two chapters left to finish editing. Then off to the publisher. I thought I would have it done by now, but have not had time to get that last chapter done.
The book is about alternatives for bone and joint disorders (osteoporosis, osteomalacia and osteoarthritis). It is not the standard take glucosamine and chondroitin type book. Instead the book covers more the chemistry of bone and cartilage, as well as explanations of how bone and cartilage form, why osteoporosis drugs and dairy are detrimental to bone health, drugs and foods that lead to bone loss, etc.

Generally I do get more time to sleep. But lately I have had too much going on and have not had the chance to get more sleep like I normally do. I am hoping that things will get back to somewhat normal soon because it is draining me.
