It reafirms and gives yet another reason to follow the advice of those who advocate natural healthy life style and sustainable resources to stay away from any "processed" foods. Many so called "health foods" are now part of big business and owned by some of the mega giants that could give a rats ass for sustainable resources or your health or the health of our planet in general.

Join their crop shares if they have them... keep the local farming community STRONG or you will lose it.
While your at it, support your local, independently owned businesses too... pay the little extra to support YOUR NEIGHBORS.
Wean yourself from international and then national chains... it is not that hard to do with a little research and phone\net\legwork.
