Thanks johneastwood,
I actually did two
coffee enemas today. I've decided as long as I'm having a natural bowel movement in the morning, I can allow myself two enemas a day. Then the following day, I'll wait to have a natural BM before doing any enemas. I think that will make sure I don't become dependent.
As for the therapy, I haven't started following the Gerson protocol firmly just yet. I've just started reading Charlotte Gerson's newest book, and just started changing my lifestyle about a month ago, which includes a raw vegan diet, some green and some carrot/apple juices (about 64
oz total per day), supplementing (iodine, flax oil, B12, and Vitamin D), exercise (rebounding), dry skin brushing, a little daily sunlight, and of course enemas. I have yet to notice any difference in the size of the tumor. I hear it might take a while. I'm convinced that if my body grew the tumor, it can eliminate it given the right internal environment. I'm just not fully confident I'm doing the right thing for that to occur.
What concerns me is that apparently, glandular cancer (in my case, follicular thyroid tumor) is difficult to reach as stated in the book. So I'm not exactly sure what I should be doing. I only know that I've taken a step in the right direction.
Any other ideas would be welcome and appreciated.
