Christopher Story murdered, other journalists targeted in new fascist campaign
Prominent veteran financial journalist Edward Harle (working under the pen name Christopher Story) wrote before his recent death that George Bush Senior, Barak Obama and other members of the criminal Washington D.C. establishment had ordered him killed.
Story was poisoned during a March, 2010 visit to the US with a virus created by the Fort Meade biological warfare facility, according to close associates of Story who spoke to him the day before his July 14th death. Although there exists an antidote for this virus, Story was unaware he was poisoned with it until recently by which point his liver damage had progressed too far for treatment, according to the sources.
Although Story is now dead, his sources will continue to provide the public with vital information about the secret financial war that is now raging towards its conclusion. The murder of Story will not go un-avenged, according to several sources inside the U.S. and UK military-industrial complex.
Edward Harle’s (Christopher Story’s) last report:
After reading Chris Story's last post (which had been removed from his site), then read this:
Today, Aug. 2, at 1:30 pm California time, is a major court date in the CMKX Diamonds lawsuit of $3.87 Trillion against the SEC, which is closely connected to the World Settlements we all want.
As you know, C. Story and others have focused on the CMKX Diamonds lawsuit as a major factor in the World Settlements. Story was asked to post correspondence from Al Hodges law firm to the highest levels, regarding the case and the Settlements. Now that Story is gone, we can get a glimpse into what is happening now, by taking a look at the latest posts on the CMKX Diamonds shareholder websites. These websites have copies of 3 types of documents that we might be interested in: Hodges' letters to holders of high political office, Hodges' updates to shareholders, and actual court documents (not to mention the chitchat there, especially from "very tired")
So Hodges' letters, including the one in C. Story's deleted July 10 post, are all here, and any new ones will be added. In addition, they post upcoming important dates, like today's court date, among the chatter. It's worth a look, because this is REAL news that is relevant to the Settlements, as opposed to the fairytales on disinfo sites. For example, Hodges reassured shareholders more than once, that there are 3 major political powers that continue to push for the Settlements, and for this lawsuit too. (Those 3 powers are: British Queen, China, Switzerland - all 3 are legal ENFORCERS of the Settlements, along with the World Court.)
There are 2 CMKX shareholder websites I've been looking at, although there are others:
http://cmkxunitedforum.proboards.com/
CMKX United Shareholders message board -
http://cmkxunofficial.proboards.com/
CMKX/Entourage Unofficial message board - I found copies of court documents here, the boring legal stuff.
IMPORTANT - here is a very concise thread that is devoted to Al Hodges' letters, to shareholders and politicians alike. If you read this, you will be able to keep up with the political developments in the World Settlements and the lawsuit too. This is where to find Al Hodges' repeated statements about the 3 world powers that I just mentioned, and here is where you will find Hodges' letter to George Osborne, that was in C. Story's deleted July 10 report.

One example of a thread started today, 7:30 am, saying the court time today is 1:30 pm California time, and asks which shareholders are going to go watch.

In Response To: Reader JS: "Today, Aug. 2, at 1:30 pm California time, is a major court date in the CMKX Diamonds lawsuit" (hobie) Below is a board message update regarding events during today's August 2 CMKX hearing in California's 9th District Court. A delay of 45 days has been granted, however, attorney Al Hodges reportedly does not expect things to run that long. At this point, the outlook is still on the positive side for the CMKX shareholders.
Strange that in a case reportedly involving trillions of dollars, the SEC attorney didn't seem to have a clue as to what the case was all about.
I added a couple of links and items in [brackets] not in the original post in order to help bring clarity especially to newcomers.

Update from the MTD case today
« Thread Started Today at 5:35pm »
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Via Manny who attended the hearing.
The MTD [Motion to Dismiss] was neither denied nor approved...it was amended for an additional 45 days so that both sides can provide more facts. [45 days takes us to approximately Sept. 16, 2010, unless it's 45 'business' days.]
[CMKX Attorney] Al [Hodges] told Manny that he does NOT expect that this to go that long at all.
Manny said the judge listened very intently to everything Al had to say. He literally put on a seminar for all the back-story of CMKX and the travesty dealt the shareholders. When he brought up Robert Maheu the judge stopped him and asked if it was one and the same Maheu...and Al replied it was.
Robert A. Maheu Joins the Board of Directors of CMKM Diamonds Inc

The attorney for the SEC was woefully unprepared according to Manny...and afterwards Al concurred. He had NO idea what Al was speaking of. When the subject of the Bivens [based class action lawsuit] was brought up, the judge queried Al about whether he was suing the entire SEC or just the commissioners individually. Al explained it was just the commissioners and then Al mentioned the issue of "sovereign immunity" the SEC attorney didn't even know what it meant.

In short:
Manny said Al was incredibly informative and the judge took every word in very carefully.
The attorney for the SEC was clearly not able to keep up, nor was he anywhere near as informed or prepared.
Al told Manny afterward he wishes the motion would have been denied but based on the preponderance of evidence he presented...he does NOT expect this to ever go the additional 45 days.

There is an mp3 audio available of the Al Hodge court case of Monday, Aug 2nd. This is about 11 MB and runs nearly 25 minutes. It is not the best quality, but one should be able to make out what is said.
