sunshine is a key component to recovery if a person can tolerate. sunshine provides more than vit D .you can have good vit D level and feel recharged is you get good sunshine, especially in the morning when your shadow is longer than your body. you have to be careful in adrenal fatigue as sunshine can also crash a person, esp in midday when the sun is strong. make sure you stay in the sun only short time and rest in the shade . drink plenty of water along the way.
