Sometimes it could be benefitial to have a short course of anti-depressant as indicated. More often than not, its hard to get off once you are on, and many do not tolerate them well when in advance adrenal weakness. there is no way to tell other than trying, and you should alert your doc of your situation and let him make the best decision factoring in adrenal issues is best. i tend to stay away unless no choice.
