Same recipe as the above but you use sprouted Quinoa instead of parboiled Bulgur.
Quinoa is really easy to sprout. You rinse, and then soak for 8 hrs. Dump the water out rinse and allow to sprout for about another 8 hrs. I just put mine in a wire mesh collander so the water would drain off and in 8 hrs you could see all the little sprout tails.
Sounds good and I love almonds on anything so I'll hafta try that next time. I always soak almonds regardless how they will be used as one should with all dark nuts to remove the antidigestive enzymes. The sprouted Quinoa recipe I listed above is 100% raw.
