I finished the viral cleanse over a week and half ago. I was feeling really bad after about 4 days, when I finished you advised to rest my body because of the heavy fatigue before the next cleanse.
But I've just spent 4 days in bed with what feels like a water infection, painful back, can't bend and urge for the toilet all the time, and the fatigue is intense foggy brain and muscles aches, I haven't the energy to wash my hair and I feel like I want to cry. I'm finding it hard to walk up and down the stairs. I feel guilty too, I can't take my children anywhere, there stuck in the house with me. I've not been this poorly in years. I'm a little scared now!

I'm thinking maybe I should give up and hope my energy comes back or is this me being weak. It could just be really bad die off. I did feel better for a couple of weeks on humaworm but it didn't last.

Have you had people who become alot worse before they get better or maybe because I have m.e and candida, I'm full of toxins. I don't know! Please help!
