I have 15
Amalgams and have yet to do a revision. I've been trying diligently to improve my health and lessen the impact that mercury has upon me by nutritional and dietary means. Having fiber in you diet is very critical for the elimination of mercury; the primary foods I use for this purpose are Food For Life's Sprouted Grain Breads in partiuclar the 7-sprouted grain varieties, made as a loaf bread in plain, and cinnamon and raisin, and as enlglish muffin. The Ezekial 4:9 recipie is very high in phytoestrogens though the protein content is very good. Other good binding foods are soaked grains such as rolled oats, spelt, and brown rice; use unpasturized apple cider vinegar at one teaspoon per about 3/4 of a cup of water to cover about a cup of grain. Soaking grains neutralizes the phytates in the grain which otherwise inhibit digestive enzymes, thus impairing the absorption of their minerals; it also makes the grains nutrients more bioavailable by creating probiotic nutrition complexs. I think apples and bananas are also good as is a good organic not from concentrate grape juice. There is a product made from modified citrus pectin and seaweed alginate that I have tried called "Pectasol Chelation Complex" by EcoNugenics. This product I have found is not suitable for a person with his
Amalgams intact, for it draws the mercury from the fillings and increases exposure. The product may however be an excellent natural mercury chelator for use after
Amalgam removal. Also it is very import to reinforce and build both the enamel and dentine of the teeth by eating mineralizing foods: organic dairy preferably non- homogenized and even better non-pasteurized; Organic Valley does not homogenized any of their cheeses, or their heavy cream or butters, their "Pasture Butter" is superb product.
Stonyfield makes a "Cream on Top" Whole Milk Plain Yogurt; all Seven Stars organic yogurts are unhomogenized. Vegetables high in minerals; boccoli, kale, collards, spinach, cabbage are very important for mineralization. Lastly gelatin, which is a source of hydrolized collagen is very important; the dentin of the teeth is 30% collagen. Do not eat refined cane
Sugar this includes raw
Sugar and the new named evaporated cane juice, these and corn syrup are demineralizing foods. Rapunzel's "Rapadura" Whole Unrefined Can
Sugar contain the whole food product of the cane sap including all of its mineral-rich molasses; use this, honey, maple syrup, and dark agave syrup as sweetener. White flour grain products are also demineralizing foods.
