Hi i have had chronic costo for 3 years which has been gettin worse.
I have started drinking green tea with a squeeze of fresh lemon (no sugar!!) and it instantly gives me relief, which is fantastic as ive tried everything under the sun. My physio suggested it.
i have it with lemon as i dont like the taste of it on its own. DONT ADD SUGAR. It doesnt do anything with
Sugar in it i think
Sugar is an inflammatory food.
i also take mobic tablets for overall relief but green tea instantly helps when the tablets arent doing enough.
i drink it just in a cup with a bag but im gonna try the loose leaf next as thats meant to be better.
try including other anti-inflam foods into your diet i heard that helps and im trying it out. eg. pineapples
