Not sure what you are using these for. But selenium should be in micrograms (mcg) not milligrams (mg). High selenium doses are toxic.
Ribose is a sugar used to create energy for the body. If you are doing these protocols for a cancer I would leave the ribose out since I have not seen anything on whether or not it feeds cancer cells.

The article said it helped Parkinsons - I don't know if thats what I have or not but I have a lot of the symptoms and if it wouldn't hurt i could try treating for Parkinsons.
Parkinson's is best treated by elevating dopamine. The amino acids phenylalanine or tyrosine can be used to elevate dopamine. TMG can also help increase dopamine.
Sage leaf is great for the nervous system and helps to control the Parkinson's tremors.

If so what form? It comes in a tinture or bulk. so far I haven't found it in caps.

It takes about 2-3 weeks to kick in so you should get some benefits shortly again if your issue is from a dopamine depletion.
