No - PayPal processes our online orders and they send confirmation emails. If you have any concerns - call the Customer Service Department at 662-345-0319 and one of the ladies will look it up for you to make sure everything is O.K.

We get around 2,000 orders per week - along with 100 or more emails and at least 50 phone calls. We are a small company and it just takes a lot of time to send out almost 300 confirmation emails a day so we just let PayPal do it.
